Is the water test really free?
Yes. We come to your home, test your water at the sink and walk you through the results. There’s no cost and no obligation.
How long does installation take?
Most installs take 2–4 hours.
Do I need a softener, a filter, or both?
It depends on your water. A softener handles hardness (scale and spots). A carbon filter handles chlorine or chloramine taste and smell. Many homes choose both. Your test results tell us what makes sense.
What warranty do I get?
H2Ome warranties our plumbing work for 1 year. United Water USA covers parts (not labor): valve electronics 2 years, storage tanks 5 years, media tanks 10 years, ceramic rotary-valve discs lifetime, and RO/UF and other parts 1 year.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through Wisetack. Ask for your application link during your free water test.
Do you work on well water?
Yes. Well water varies a lot, so we test first and build a system for your water.
