What an alkaline stage does, and doesn’t do
Reverse osmosis removes most dissolved minerals, which can make water taste flat to some people. An alkaline cartridge adds small amounts of minerals such as calcium and magnesium back in and raises the pH.
We offer it for taste and preference only. We make no health claims about alkaline water.
